Southern Arkansas University Tech uses National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to receive and process official transcript orders. Please use the blue button below to begin your NSC order:

The NSC site will provide instructions for placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Order updates will be emailed to you, and you can also check your order status and history online. You can order transcripts at any time of the day or week, and the Registrar’s Office will process transcript orders during business hours. Order processing times may vary due to the number of orders received daily, so please be sure to place your request at least two to four weeks prior to the deadline when they are needed.

Arkansas Course Transfer System

The Arkansas Course Transfer System (ACTS) contains information about the transferability of courses within Arkansas public colleges and universities. Students are guaranteed the transfer of applicable credits and equitable treatment in the application of credits for admissions and degree requirements. Students may complete specified General Education courses anywhere in the public system as well as many courses in the degree/major that have been pre-identified for transfer. We hope this site is helpful for students, parents and campus personnel. This system is designed to assist in planning from the high school level through the adult workforce.
