SAU Tech encourages every student to participate in student organizations as a way to meet others, develop leadership skills, and make the most of their college experience. All organizations are open to current SAU Tech students.

Active Student Organizations
Student organizations are at the heart of the SAU Tech experience. Whether you're looking to connect with others who share your interests, explore your career field, grow your leadership skills, or just make the most of your time on campus—there's a club for you.

Advanced Aerospace Club
For students excelling in aviation coursework, this club provides advanced exploration of aerospace systems and concepts. Membership is instructor-nominated and focuses on academic growth and complex problem-solving related to aviation.
Allied Health Students Club (AHSC)
AHSC promotes leadership, citizenship, and confidence-building among allied health students. Members engage in health care-related community involvement, networking, and professional development.
Aviation Maintenance Club
This club provides real-world insight into safe, up-to-date aviation practices and offers students enrichment, peer learning, and job placement support in the aviation maintenance industry.
Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM)
BCM is a student-led ministry that encourages spiritual growth, service, and connection with local churches. While not affiliated with SAU Tech, it serves students interested in Christian fellowship and discipleship.
Multicultural Student Association (MSA)
MSA supports minority students through mentorship, leadership development, and cultural awareness. The goal is to build community and promote diversity throughout the campus.
The Mused Drama Company
This student performance group provides opportunities to practice dramatic arts, support film student projects, and produce skits and live shows for campus events.
National Technical Honor Society (NTHS)
NTHS honors students who excel in technical and career education. It promotes academic success, leadership, and recognition of high-performing students entering the workforce.
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)
SAU Tech's chapter of this national honor society recognizes academic excellence in associate degree programs. Students must complete at least 30 credit hours with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Residential Housing Association (RHA)
RHA gives housing residents a voice in campus life, creates a platform for leadership, and supports community-building through programs, communication, and policy input.
Student Leadership Program
The Student Leadership Team supports campus and community events, represents student interests, and promotes engagement and pride in SAU Tech. For more info, contact Student Life at 870-574-4712.
Teacher Education Club
This club supports future educators by offering leadership experiences, networking, and professional development opportunities while raising awareness of the teaching profession.
Veterans and Heroes Club
A military-affiliated club that supports veterans and their families on campus through advocacy, resource sharing, and community-building for those who have served.
