Important Application Deadlines & TEAS Testing Information
Application Deadline:
June 1 at 5:00 PM for the following programs:
Practical Nursing (PN)
LPN/Paramedic to RN Transition
Diagnostic Medical Sonography
How to Apply:
Applications may be mailed or submitted directly to the Allied Health Office in Shumaker Hall.
TEAS Exam Registration (Required for Select Programs):
Applicants may register to take the TEAS exam until June 1.
Select “Remote Online” as the test option.
Choose either:
ATI Remote Proctor – Nursing, or
ATI Remote Proctor – Allied Health
Cost: $115
Test is taken at home with an online proctor.
