The Arkansas Environmental Academy provides comprehensive training courses for licensing and certification of wastewater operators, both municipal and industrial, as required by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission Regulation Number 3. Training courses for licensing and certifications of Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, and industrial wastewater licensing are provided by on-campus courses, off-campus courses,and the Internet.
