SAU TECH STUDENT - REGISTRAR Transcript Request

How to Request a SAU-Tech College Transcript By federal law, a college transcript requires that the student request a copy in writing or in person. The request requires proper signature by the student. Requests may never be taken by telephone since a person cannot be identified in this manner nor a signature obtained. SAU Tech transcripts are processed daily, except for the time we are closed for holidays in December. Every attempt will be made by the Registrar's Office to process transcript requests in a timely manner. There is no charge per request. Transcripts may be requested by: Written Procedure Address to: Southern Arkansas University Tech Office of the Registrar P.O. Box 3499 Camden, AR 71711 Printable Transcript Request Form Be sure to include your full legal name, social security number, dates of attendance or graduation date from SAU Tech, and the complete address(es) of where the transcript is to be mailed. This request cannot be honored without the student's written signature. This request cannot be honored without the student's written signature. Transcripts can be faxed to other colleges; but only mailed or hand-delivered transcripts in a sealed envelope  are official. SAU Tech does not produce an "unofficial" transcript except for internal purposes only. In Person Procedure Come to Administration Building (AD 124 or AD 126) during normal business hours. Other Documents SAU Tech does not re-release other college transcripts or photocopies of other college transcripts that have been submitted for admission purposes and are kept in the students record.
