Jeanne Clery Act (Annual Report)

The Jeanne Clery disclosure of Campus Police Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the distribution of an annual security report to all current faculty, staff, and students and notice of its availability to prospective students, faculty and staff.

The annual security/fire safety report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off‐campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Southern Arkansas University Tech and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as politicizes concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, fire safety, and other matters.
