PREPARE TO UNLEASH YOUR CREATIVE ABILITIES WITH CLASSES IN GRAPHIC DESIGN

Through in-class instruction and hands-on experience, you'll learn the components of award-winning design and layouts. Beginning classes familiarize students with the basics of design programs and how to use them. Advanced classes allow students to gain invaluable hands-on experience, applying what they've learned while striving to tap into their creativity.

Courses instruct students in the design process and the fundamental design programs of In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of these courses combined with input from the instructor gives students a strong understanding of graphic design. Students will learn the basics of design, and then apply what they've learned in the development of brochures, newsletters, posters, advertising campaigns, and hi-impact websites.

Graphic design is a growing career field, with opportunities in traditional fields, such as advertising and marketing, to the corporate job front, with more companies hiring in-house designers.

The two-year degree program at SAU-Tech means one thing to the student: a quicker entrance into an exciting and rewarding career in graphic design.

In addition, our Graphic Design Instructor, Ashley has commercial experience in the field and can guide students to job market opportunities.
