SAU Tech >> SAU Tech SAU Tech Foundation Governance SAU TECH FOUNDATION Governance Southern Arkansas University Tech Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community volunteers.  The Foundation Board of Directors manages funds donated to the Foundation.  The Board may have nine to twenty members at any given time.  The Board members help raise funds to support the programs of SAU Tech.  The Foundation has at least quarterly meetings and minutes of each meeting are available for public review.
