New Student Orientation or TECH TIME is a program conducted by the Office of Admissions for new incoming freshmen. This is a great time to get to know how the college process works and to avoid waiting in line during regular fall registration.

During Orientation, you will have the following opportunities:

• Meet with representatives from your college.
• Find your classes and your way around on campus.
• Learn about specific information on paying for college and financial aid.
• Learn about the wide variety of campus resources available to you.
• Ask questions to current students, faculty members, and other SAU Tech staff.
• Meet other new and returning students!
• Learn about student organizations and learn how you can get involved on campus.
• Take care of necessary business (placement testing, register for classes, etc.).
• Buying your textbooks.
• Taking your student ID picture for your ID card.
