Failure to make full payment, payment arrangements, or have sufficient financial aid to cover your account balance, by the payment deadline will cause you to be dropped from your classes. 

Payment Methods:

Tuition and Fees can be paid with credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) via e-mail, telephone or fax. Payment can also be made in person, by mailing a personal check or via a payment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions' e-Cashier at www.sautech.edu. Deadlines for enrollment in payment plans through Nelnet Business Solutions are the payment due dates listed above.

Refund Policy:

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees at the time of registration .Students must officially drop by written notice or in person in order to reduce their balance owed. 

Be aware that even if you never attend class, you will still be assessed partial tuition and full processing fees, unless you completely withdraw during the 100% refund period.

Refund dates will differ for classes that begin after the first day of regular semester.

Short term duration classes (less than six weeks) are refunded based on the number of weeks in the course.

Out of State Students 

Students are considered full-time when enrolled in 15 or more hours.  However, there is no maximum for tuition processing fees or Internet course fees.  All charges are calculated at the per hour rate.
