PAYMENT POLICY AND DUE DATES
Failure to make full payment, payment arrangements, or have sufficient financial aid to cover your account balance, by the payment deadline will cause you to be dropped from your classes.
Payment Methods:
Tuition and fees can be paid directly to the Business Office in person, by mailing a personal check, or by telephone with credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover only). Payment can also be made online via Nelnet Business Solutions' E-Cashier.Nelnet offers full payment or payment plan options.
Refund Policy:
Students must officially drop by written notice or in person in order to reduce their balance owed. Processing fees are non-refundable after the 100% refund period.
Be aware that even if you never attend class, you will still be assessed partial tuition and full processing fees, unless you completely withdraw during the 100% refund period.
Tuition charges, Internet fees, and lab fees are refunded for the Summer semesters as follows:
Short term duration classes (less than six weeks) are refunded based on the number of weeks in the course.
Fall 2010 Arkansas Residents
Out of State Students
Students are considered full-time when enrolled in 15 or more hours. However, there is no maximum for tuition processing fees or Internet course fees. All charges are calculated at the per hour rate.

Note: Student processing fees are non-refundable, even if the student never attends class.
