The Miss and Teen Division are restricted to participants from: Ouachita, Calhoun, Nevada, Union and Dallas counties.

The Miss (18-24 years old) Winner receives a SAU Tech scholarship among other scholarships and prizes and will be eligible for the Miss Arkansas State Pageant.

The Teen (13-17 years old) Winner will receive prizes and will be eligible for the Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen State Pageant.
