ARKANSAS CAREER PATHWAYS

Welcome to Arkansas Career Pathways --
a State Educational & Financial Assistance Program

Do you struggle to provide the things your family needs and deserves? Pathways can help! The Career Pathways Initiative is a program that enables SAU Tech to offer, those who qualify, free career training and college classes. The Pathways program may be able to help you overcome the barriers that have kept you from getting the training and education you need. Help with things like: childcare, gas, career counseling and job placement.

In order to enroll in the Arkansas Career Pathways program, you must qualify to receive benefits. Basic eligibility requirements include:

  • You must be a parent, with children under the age of 21 living in your home;
  • You must be receiving Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) now, or have received TEA in the past;
  • Or you must be receiving food stamps or Medicaid;
  • Or you must have an annual family income below 250% of Federal poverty level (about $43,000 annually for a family of three).
