Information Technology Services are delivered under the Division of Information Technology. The services include computer installation and maintenance, software installation and general troubleshooting. This office also maintains the college’s computer network and servers throughout the campus and its satellite locations.

Blackboard support recommends using the Mozilla Firefox browser when using the Blackboard Learning System Enterprise License which is what SAU Tech uses to deliver its online classes. To have this browser loaded on your office computer, submit a work order to ITS via e-mail to fbowen@sautech.edu. This browser is free and is available for download at

Wireless Internet Service

SAU Tech provides wireless internet for its student, staff and visitors. In order to access the wireless network an Internet Access and Use Agreement must be completed and delivered to Frances Bowen.
