About Community Technology Center
Utilizing technology, the SAU Tech Community Technology Center offers supplemental educational services to students and Internet access as well as GED preparation for adults. The after-school tutoring program, held 3:30-5:30 p.m., provides supplemental educational services through computer-based instruction in reading, language arts, mathematics as well as other areas.
Classes for adult learners are held 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and provide computer-based instruction of basic education and Internet use skills. To offer easy access, the Community Technology Center is centrally located in the Charles O. Ross Center, with satellite locations in four of the Camden Housing Authorithy sites with additional computers in the Ouachita Valley Business & Technology Center. Qualified tutors will be available at each location.
