In 2007 SAU Tech employees formed the SAU Tech Twisters Relay for Life Team. As part of the Ouachita County Relay for Life effort, over $165,477 was raised in 2010 along with 3,647 luminary sales.  Ouachita County Relay for Life is currently number one in the state based on per capita contributions.
